How do i know the condition of an item?

We try our best describe the condition of each product as fairly as possible. We do this via the description page, and also using photos of the exact product being sold. Having said that, if you are still undecided about the condition of an item, please feel free to asks us to send more photos of that product to you. 

Is tracking available for for the shirts?

Both Domestic and International deliveries include tracking on all parcels. 

Is shipping worldwide?

Yes, we ship to almost every country. For both domestic and international shipping, we use Australia Post. 

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs for non-flat rate items are calculated based on the BYO packaging options as provided by Australia Post. All rates are real-time from the Australia Post Retail API to ensure the latest pricing for our customers. 

Do you include a tracking code with items shipped?

All shipping options on ARIAWEAR include tracking. 

Why is my delivery taking so long?

This is mostly due to customs holding on to international packages in the destination country. This could be them either inspecting the items, or them holding the items until some type of importation tax is paid by the buyer. This is very specific for each individual destination country. We cannot do anything about packages stuck in customs. please contact your mail carrier to get the problem sorted.
